The new Western Propel Fund treats entrepreneurship as a learning environment as well as an investment category. Students help examine the opportunities, while founders gain a bridge between an early idea and a more demanding test.

It is a model built around crossings: classroom questions, alumni experience and the practical pressure of making something people can use.
